Please include a copy of your Tax Id form and Shipping address you would like printed on your label to your customer.

Once approved you will receive the synclogic codes

1. if using synclogic check your spam folder for invoices (invoices are sent automatically when order comes through) for some reason shopify invoices tend to find their way to spam folders so check there! Synclogic emails which ever email you have set up in your shopify account. Be Sure that address is the email address you’d like to use.
2. We are not synclogic experts, we recommend reaching out to synclogic directly with issues.
